To achieve the course, we therefore require concerted efforts from focused and strategically goal oriented and visionary mindsets of change, a reason I have chosen to walk the course.

PEER MENTOR: Vincent Anyilu

My name is Vincent Anyilu, a peer mentor working with Establisher Development Africa – EDA whose interest deeply lies on shaping the lives of the young generation in order to achieve a great and enhanced future through informed decision making influenced by goal oriented visionary positive mindsets of progressive change.

To achieve this, I focus more on youth mentorship training programs under one of our schools’ leadership agenda dubbed “Establisher Leadership Culture” that seeks to provide strategic leadership guidance to the young leadership oriented generation.

To help the youth overpower society challenges like peer pressure, STDs, Drug abuse, poverty, among others through seminars that equip them with necessary life and livelihood skills as an alternative approach to life.

The future of the world is the youth and raising a sober, solid and focused generation, is my desired goal in Establisher Development Africa – EDA.

ADMINISTRATOR: Janet Mary Aguti

My name is Janet Mary Aguti, working with Establisher Development Africa – EDA as an administrator. I basically carry out a number of activities such as organizing, staffing, coordinating different activities, communicating and implementing office policies.

I am so passionate of EDA because it is one of the organizations that nurtures, mentors and builds the capacities of individuals so as to restore hope to the depressed members of respective societies.

This has changed the mindsets of various people in the community through the wisdom meetings that EDA organizes, both physical and virtual meetings basically for guidance and counselling which have healed a lot of stress and depression among people.

This is one among the reasons that I am proudly part of this organization.
